Worked with Burberry and Rocket on development of Thomas’s Restaurant at Burberry’s flagship London venue.
Being engaged by Rex Restaurant Associates to manage Brasserie Zedel was an exceptional experience. Having worked with Jeremy King before at Tate, I was delighted when he asked me to manage Brasserie Zedel whilst going through an interim period of restructure. It was ‘back-to-the-floor’ bliss working with the fabulous Zedel team.

Developed the Steak on Sea restaurant concept for Puma which was devised to celebrate the best of British seaside in the Jubilee year.
As Chief Executive of Searcys, Duncan was responsible for The Searcys Restaurant at the Gherkin with its commanding views, an amazing venue in a landmark, London building. For Searcys he was also responsible for aspects of the business of The Pump Rooms, Bath, no trip to the Roman Baths is complete without a visit to this beautiful restaurant.
