Supporting the new owners of the Howard Arms with due diligence and business planning through the procurement of the pub and working with them on the mobilization and recruitment of a new team.

Glynne Arms

Working with Glynne Arms team on the development of a new food offer. This CAMRA award winning pub now serves outstanding seasonal food with much produce sourced from the Harwarden Estate.

Green King – Duke of Grafton

Greene King made a strategic decision to establish themselves as pub operators in Transport hubs. Their first attempt at this was a bid to Network Rail for the new pub at Euston Station. We were engaged to support this process as Greene King had never undertaken a tender before. The long and short is that Greene King won the bid and the Duke of Grafton will open at Euston Station later in 2015.

St Pancras Champagne Bar

The Champagne Bar at St Pancras has become the destination in London’s stunning international rail terminus. Responsibility for all aspects of this bar as Chief Executive of Searcys.
