Having worked with Jeremy King before at Tate, I was delighted when he asked me to manage Brasserie Zedel whilst going through an interim period of restructure. It was ‘back-to-the-floor’ bliss working with the fabulous Zedel team.
Zedel is an extraordinary business operating Brasserie Zedel, Bar Americain, Crazy Coqs Cabaret and Café ZL on a huge scale serving eye-watering numbers of guests. What attracted me was the blend of Chris and Jeremy’s approach meeting a large scale, affordable, democratic Brasserie.
